A 4 Week Journey Of Deeply Rooted Rest and Replenishment

I would love to invite you to a journey of nourishment and support. As things in our wild world continue to unfold I was drawn to share a course that would both support and settle our nervous systems, attuning us to the natural rhythms of nature’s embrace as we move into late fall, while at the same time offering us a space of community to connect into and share.

Drawing from Ayurveda, Qi Gong, Somatic Body Wisdom, and Intuitive Awareness we will both awaken into greater trust and nourishment in this 4 week collective journey. Each class will have sacred practices to bring us into body, time for inward reflection and journalling (words or art), and a guided meditation into deep rest. There will be gentle practices to weave into your week that build on each other over time to support the integration and embodiment of nourishment into your full experience of being.

Classes are 4:30-6:00 PST/7:30- 9:00 EST
Monday November 15, 22, 29 and December 6

All Classes are live via Zoom and will be recorded if you have to miss one.

Each week offers an opportunity to connect with ourselves and collective community, there will be gentle self care practices offered for at home practice, as well as an online forum to share.

The cost for this program is $150 USD- sliding scale is available.

Week 1 – Setting the Foundation

Here we set the foundation, connecting with each other and opening into the energies of both this awakening earth, and also the season of late fall. We will purify and nourish with some gentle Qi Gong, have time for reflection in journalling or drawing, and finish together in a space of a deeply restful guided meditation.

Week 2- Coming Into Peace

Here we open into the deeper connection with each other in a held space for sharing and connect with the energy of earth and water as we move into a movement meditation guided by music. We will also connect with our hearts, in sacred self love practices that nourish our soul and bring us deeper into a space of compassion and the universal heart. There will be journalling, reflection and sharing time.

Week 3- Empowerment and Strength

This week we dive into the practices of Mantra and Mudra, setting a vibrational tone to both soothe and strengthen the nervous system. As always there is space for both reflection and sharing, and we will open into a space of deep rest through a Healing Light Energy Session.

Week 4- Oracle

The foundation has been built, and here is where we open to deeper connection with our higher self, our guides and our angels. Embracing sacred Tibetan and Qi Gong Tantric practices we will open into powerful experiences connecting with our guides and opening into deeper truth about our purpose or whatever is wanting to come through for our highest good. There is time for reflection (through journalling or art), sharing and will be sealed with an opportunity to go into deep rest in our collective space.
