A 5 Week Journey Of Deeply Rooted Rest and Replenishment

I would love to invite you to a journey of deepening, of nourishment and of support. As we move into the season of the dark sky I was drawn to share a course that would both prepare the body and the energy body to go inward. Softening into presence, and connecting with the natural rhythms of nature we will support and settle our nervous systems, melting into a more connected and present state of being.

Drawing from Ayurveda, Alchemical Qi Gong, Somatic Body Wisdom, and Intuitive Awareness we will awaken into greater trust and nourishment in this 5 week collective journey. Each class will have gentle, sacred practices to bring us into our bodies- a mix of supported breathwork, qi gong energy healing, guided meditations and sacred attunements and transmissions for the group. The intention is to keep it simple and yet create space for profound shifts in consciousness allowing us to fall into a greater state of awareness and connection with all that is.

Classes are 4:00-6:15 PST/7:00- 8:15 EST

All Classes are live via Zoom and will be recorded if you have to miss one.
Drop in are available too – although it is encouraged to sign in for the entire journey.

The cost for this entire program is $165 USD- sliding scale is available.
