Bhu Mudra

Assists-Grounding, Stability, Connection to the Physical Body

Benefits- Reduces stress and blood pressure. Activates Root Chakra

Instructions- extend the index and middle fingers downward to make inverted peace signs with both or one hand. The other hand can be palm down on the thigh or knee. Curl the pinky and ring fingers inward towards the palms and place thumbs on the fingertips lightly. Extend arms and bring the tips of the middle and index fingers into the ground or tops of the thighs.

Relax shoulders, lengthen the spine. 

Focus– Grounded to the earth, I receive support and abundance.
