We all want to be whole, at peace and in tune with the deeper awareness of the magic of our life. In this sacred and supported work- you learn to tap into your own unique blueprint and open to the tools that allow you to come into your full experience of being. Each individual’s journey is unique and each mentorship is tailored specifically to the needs of each person. Drawing on a mix of Ayurveda, Alchemical Qi Gong, and Intuitive awareness we transform and melt away the blocks and patterns that keep us stuck, while opening into greater connection with true self.

What Does Spiritual Counselling Entail?
In these sessions, we work deeply with the natural intelligence of the body and its wisdom. While the story is important and we open to it, most of the work is held in a space of deep relaxation where we tune in somatically to see what is needing attention and where the energy wants to flow. Using the client’s intuition and my guidance, we follow the pathways shared from the energies speaking to us in the session.
